Most of us live our entire lives wearing a social mask that hides our true self. Rather than showing our actual face to others, we work hard to sculpt an image of the person we think the world wants us to be! We say the things other people want us to say, wear the clothes other people want us to wear and do the things that others want us to do. Have you ever paused to ask yourself — are you truly a human being? Or are you living the life of a pet or a plant?
Say words, wear clothes or do things because they are right. Because they give comfort and a sense of pleasantness first to yourself, and then to others. In this way, you will start living the life that you are destined to live. Otherwise, a plant wishing to live the life of a pet is sure to suffer in ways more than it can think of. And, in that desire, it will surely miss the beauty, necessity and uniqueness of being a plant that the Creator has designed with love.
