India is a country of festivals. But in the month of Ashadha (June-July) comes a unique festival that celebrates not any specific individual, but an entire tradition that has paved the path to liberation for countless human beings – Guru Poornima.
This year, the Universe conspired to let seekers at SRM pay tribute to the presence of Guru Tattva not just once, but twice! Sri Guru’s US Dharma Yatra meant that while the seekers in the US got the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with their Pratyaksh Guru after 10 long years, Guru Poornima in India was celebrated two weeks later, from 14th-16th July.
