Misfortune doesn’t arise from external circumstances but from our lack of knowledge of Self, and the surroundings. A Guru imparts this perspective.

Among the myriad virtues of a Guru, wisdom is the most valuable for a disciple.

In Episode#2, Sri Guru deepens our comprehension of verses 2 and 3 of the Stotra, encouraging a deeper dive into devotion.

Guru Paduka Stotra is Adi Shankaracharya’s soulful tribute to the pious feet of the Guru. Originally composed in Sanskrit, it expresses our gratefulness for our Master — one whose footsteps lead us to a life brimming with love, peace, and spiritual fulfilment.

The precious words of the Stotra remain largely uninterpreted, partly because of the language and more so, owing to our inability to comprehend and absorb the words of an enlightened soul. With this series, Sri Guru elaborates the meaning of this timeless Stotra, thus giving us a better chance to connect and contemplate.
