We all possess a superpower: the words we say, both to others and ourselves. Each word carries a unique energy that shapes our reality.
Consider the phrase “have to”, which carries an energy of discontentment.
- I have to wake up early.
- I have to go to the office.
- I have to keep the house clean.
When we replace a “have to” with a “want to”, the energy starts to shift towards contentment.
- I want to wake up early to connect with the Source of my being.
- I want to go to the office and fulfil my responsibilities selflessly.
- I want to keep the house clean for physical purity and mental clarity.
But there’s an even higher level of energy we can access. By replacing a “have to” or a “want to” with a “blessed to”, the energy becomes that of pure joy.
- I am blessed to be able to wake up early and connect with the Source of my being.
- I am blessed to be able to contribute selflessly.
- I am blessed to have a space I can nurture and purify for my spiritual growth.
